Watch Sneak Peek of Breaking Bad Season 2 Episode 9 “4 Days Out”
Breaking Bad (May 31, AMC)
Walter White’s slow transformation from sad-sack teacher to drug kingpin takes another step forward as he realizes it’s about to become much harder for him to maintain his secrecy. His unexplained absences and long list of excuses — starting with Jesse being just his marijuana dealer, not partner in meth cooking — blow up in his face as Skyler’s frustration finally crystallizes. Meanwhile, Jesse self-destructs after a personal crisis, and Walt comes to his aid. Hope he has an excuse for that one.
After undergoing a PET-CAT scan and fearing the worst, Walt takes lawyer Saul’s advice and hunkers down for a marathon session of cooking product; Jesse’s romance with his landlady is heating up, but must cool off quickly when he and Walt head for the desert to take care of business.
Original Air Date: May 3, 2009
The upcoming Sunday, April 19th episode of AMC’s Breaking Bad is called “Negro y Azul,” which is Spanish for “Black and Blue.” Does that mean somebody will be bringing on the pain?
Could be. The central plot revolves around Jesse and Walt’s contemplation of dealing drugs in additional areas, while Hank has a hard time on the job in his new El Paso location, Skyler returns to work, and Jesse gets cozy with his landlord Jane.
In addition to Krysten Ritter, who plays the rent lady, prolific actor Danny Trejo (King of the Hill, Grindhouse) makes a special guest-star appearance as Tortuga.
